Refunds are available to customers who have deposited money into their account. Unused dashboard balances are eligible for a refund at any time to their original form of payment. Proxy purchases are non-refundable unless there are service outages.
To request a refund, customers should open a customer support ticket to request. Please provide as much detail as possible.
Refunds of services (proxies) are handled on a case by case basis. Refunds for working proxies are determined by Proxies.com and are at Proxies.com discretion.
