How do I contact you? - Customer Support

  • We have a team of in-house Customer Support Specialist. We offer customer support through our Ticket Support System and you can find the link to open a ticket at the top of our website under Support. When you open the support ticket please make sure to give us as much information as possible so that we can quickly assist you with your question or problem. We respond to all support tickets within 24 hours and typically much faster. Please do not open multiple support tickets for the same issue, all tickets are answered in the order they are received and opening multiple tickets will delay the response time for all customers.

What is the minimum deposit amount?

  • The minimum deposit amount for customers is $10.00 USD.

How do I deposit funds?

  • Once you log into your account there is a box in the top right that says “My Account”, click on that and it will take you to your customer dashboard, then in the top left, you will see “Deposit”, when you click that you will be directed to our secure payment system. You can then indicate the USD amount you would like to deposit and choose one of our methods of payment. Our minimum deposit amount is $10 USD.

What payment methods are accepted?

  • Our current methods of payment are Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Cryptocurrency with Bitcoin, Ethereum or Litecoin. Any card with a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo is accepted.

What is your refund policy?

  • In most cases, if you create proxies that do not work for your needs, let us know within 24 hours and we can refund the funds to your account. Any proxies created beyond 24 hours cannot be refunded. Refunds of services (proxies) are handled on a case by case basis. Refunds for working proxies are determined by and are at discretion.
